Dolce & Gabbana A/W 1992 campaign
As recognized by Léger, the influence of advertising was felt most strongly in the urban landscape. Amidst the abundance of visual stimuli, artists had to create simple yet powerful images that automatically captured people’s attention. The designer of this poster, Cassandre, achieved that goal by using bold capital letters and streamlined geometric shapes.
